In January of this year, I had a vivid dream that featured a piece of Artwork, and I waited on the Holy Spirit to give me the precise timing and unction to bring it to canvas. This happened eight months later in the form of this oil painting…

In the dream I was taken in an elevator to the top floor of a watch tower. There was a group of people assembled and Daryl Crawford Marshall appeared and presented an oil painting to us. I believe that in this dream, Daryl was representing and heading up, the Holy Spirit led Apostolic, Prophetic Government in South Australia.

The painting was of Mount Zion, the Mountain of the Lord, the high calling of God available to His people; Gods dwelling place and the place of intimacy with the Lord. It was flourishing in all its glory, full of life. A waterfall representing the Holy Spirit and the pure river of the water of life, was flowing from the Throne of the King. There were lesser mountains in the background of the painting that I believe represented the mountains of Esau/Edom. They were depicted as desolate and barren, reflecting the state of humanity. Coming forth out of Mount Zion with force, was a stampede of horses, carrying the Lords glory. These, I strongly felt represented the sons of God. A multitude so powerful that all that could be seen was a massive cloud (Gods presence) in it’s wake. The horses were depicted in a variety of different colours representing people from every nation and tribe (Revelation 7:9).
The sky was filled with an innumerable company of angels- the backing of Jehovah Sabaoth’s mighty army of Heavenly hosts.

Hebrews 12:22. says; “But you have come to Mt Zion and to the city of the Living God, the Heavenly Jerusalem to an innumerable company of Angels”. Zoom in to the sky in this painting and you will see these heavenly hosts in battle array.

I sought the Lord for more revelation on this piece and He took me to the books of the Prophets Joel, Amos, Obediah and Isaiah. Each book prophesies the coming of “the day of the Lord,” a key theme amongst the Prophets and a call to repentance.

Joel 2 says; Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound the alarm in My Holy Mountain, for the day of the Lord is coming. Joel speaks of a people, who come, great and strong, the likes of whom has never been. Their appearance is like the appearance of horses, and like swift steed so they run. Joel talks further in 2:28, How God will pour out His Spirit on all flesh… and finally in 3:17-18 Joel prophesies the renewal of all creation, a new Eden.
Joel also predicts the former rain and the latter rain and all who humble themselves and call upon the Lord will be delivered. That there will be deliverance among the remnant and a fountain shall flow from the house of the Lord, the mountains dripping with new wine.

The lesser mountains, in the painting, the nation that came from Jacobs brother Esau, also called Edom, (Genesis 25:30), come under Divine judgement in the book of Obadiah because this nation were known for their pride and self exaltation. In this painting they are depicted as barren and desolate representing the state of the nations. So much could be written about this part of the painting alone. In Chapter 1 verse 21, Obediah prophesied that the deliverers would ascend Mount Zion to judge and restore the kingdom of God and govern the mountains of Esau.

In the book of Amos, the prophet talks of the Tabernacle of David being restored in Mount Zion after the day of the Lord, and that God will raise it up and rebuild a new Kingdom and possess the remnant of Edom. Amos 9:11-15

The Holy Spirit then led me to Romans 8. In the foreground of this painting is the creation waiting with eager longing for the revealing of the children of God. Groaning with pains like childbirth, waiting to be delivered from its bondage to decay and obtain the freedom of the glory of the PREDESTINED, CALLED, JUSTIFIED and GLORIFIED sons of God.

I felt like the Lord was saying; it’s coming, A REVOLUTION. A new Government and massive army out of Gods dwelling place, taking Gods light and glory to the nations. The Romans 8 sons of God, whose orphan spirit has been replaced with the Spirit of sonship. A realigning back to original design and a glorious restoration of Gods Kingdom. An ushering in of the prophesy of Micah 4 and the revelation of the Lord’s reign in Zion. The outpouring and fulfilment of the prophesy in Isaiah 4:2-6, that the branch of the Lord shall be beautiful and glorious, the fruit of the earth excellent. That those in Zion will be called holy and over all, the glory will be a covering.

Scripture references:

Romans 8
Micah 4
Isaiah 4 & 60

Joel 2:1-4 NKJV
1. Blow the trumpet in Zion,
And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the Lord is coming,
For it is at hand:
Further on Joel says:
A people come, great and strong,
The like of whom has never been;
Nor will there ever be any such after them, Even for many successive generations. 3 A fire devours before them, And behind them a flame burns;
The land is like the Garden of Eden before them,
And behind them a desolate wilderness;
Surely nothing shall escape them.
4 Their appearance is like the appearance of horses;
And like swift steeds, so they run.

Obediah 1:21 NASB
“Then deliverers shall ascend Mount Zion to judge the mountains of Esau, and the kingdom shall be the Lord’s.”

Isaiah 4:2-6 NKJV
2 In that day the Branch of the Lord shall be beautiful and glorious; And the fruit of the earth shall
be excellent and appealing For those of Israel who have escaped.3 And it shall come to pass that he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called holy—everyone who is recorded among the living in Jerusalem. 4 When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and purged the blood of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning, 5 then the Lord will create above every dwelling place of Mount Zion, and above her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day and the shining of a flaming fire by night. For over all the glory there will
be a covering. 6 And there will be a tabernacle for shade in the daytime from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from storm and rain.

Amos 9:11-15 NKJV
Israel will be restored.
11 “On that day I will raise up
The tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, And repair its damages;
I will raise up its ruins,
And rebuild it as in the days of old;
12 That they may possess the remnant of Edom, And all the Gentiles who are called by My name,” Says the Lord who does this thing.
13 “Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord, “When the plowman shall overtake the reaper, And the treader of grapes him who sows seed; The mountains shall drip with sweet wine,
And all the hills shall flow with it.
14 I will bring back the captives of My people Israel; They shall build the waste cities and inhabit them; They shall plant vineyards and drink wine from them; They shall also make gardens and eat fruit from them. 15 I will plant them in their land,
And no longer shall they be pulled up
From the land I have given them,”
Says the Lord your God.

Romans 8:14-17 NKJV
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. 15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

Romans 8:19-22 NKJV
19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; 21 because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.

Romans 8:30 NKJV
Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
